To be the largest most inclusive Queer business-to-business networking and support group in Ontario.
Our Vision
Connecting Queer and like-minded businesses in a safe, inclusive, and prosperous environment.
Our History
The Ontario Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (OGLCC) was founded in 1999 by a group of likeminded 2SLGBTQI+ businesspeople to help foster the support and include these businesses in networking and speaker series events. At its peak, the OGLCC had over 350 members and was a founding member of Canada’s 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce (CGLCC) The OGLCC was reduced to a shell of its former self during the pandemic and isolation of its members and lack of events. The OGLCC is resurrecting the organization with several of the original board members and fostering existing a new generation to lead and grow the organization into the modern era. In 2023 OGLCC launched QBEN, Queer Business and Entrepreneur Network and has had several successful networking events with an event planned the second Tuesday of every month in 2023.
